Maybee. Most gemstones and pearls are unique but perhaps I can find you something you'll love even more.

How do you pronounce GOSSi and what does it stand for?
It is pronounced gåssi and from the very beginning it was just a combination of letters that looked good together, but we could say it stands for something very sophisticated and smart.

How do I care for my jewelry?
Great question! Keep your pieces sparkling by storing them in a jewelry box and avoiding contact with water, lotions and perfumes. Need more tips? Check out my jewelry care guide.

Do you make custom jewellery?
I'ts one of my favourite things to do. Your idea and my craftsmanship are aimed for greatness. Do you have a picture of what you want or a sketch you made? Let me know your budget. A piece of jewellery can vary greatly in price with the use of gold and different gemstones and you make job a whole lot easier to narrow it down for me. Send me a message here or an email at info@gossi.se and we'll make magic happen together! Please note that custom designs require a 50% deposit before the start of production. Returns on custom pieces, rings that are re-sized or engraved are not acceptable.

What kind of materials do you use?
I only work in high-quality materials like gold and silver. I take great care of choosing the most gorgeous gemsmtones and only buy the ones I would love to wear myself. All diamonds are conflict free and I have made a decision to not use lab grown (synthetic diamonds) in my jewellery. I just don't think they are a good option for you or the planet as they have no second hand value and their production demands a considerable amount of energy.

How long does shipping take?
Like the best burgers out there, most of my jewellery is made to order just for you. Please allow for 7-10 business days for delivery. Custom pieces take longer and you'll get a estimated delivery time when I confirm your order. For more information about order and shipping details read here.

Do you offer gift wrapping?
No, but all jewellery are delivered in a beautiful box, perfect for gifting.

Do you offer repairs?
Absolutley! Well loved jewellery need repairs and I understand that sometimes accidents happen. I have an extensive experience in repairing and altering all kind of jewellery. Comprehensive repairs can be expensive but might be woth it on a loved heirloom. Sometimes it's better to remake or make use of the material. Just contact me and I'll assess your piece to see if it's possible to bring back to life.

How do I know my ring size?
No worries, I've got you covered! You can order a ring sizer from me or meassure an existing ring. Depending on the rings width and thickness it can feel a bit tighter on your finger. I'll do my best to guide you to your perfect ring size.
